This series is such a great introduction to Greek Mythology for kids. Percy Jackson is a pre-teen/teenage demigod who must complete quests to save New York City with other demigods and creatures of mythology. Riordan is a wonderful author and really has fun with these books. I cannot wait to read them with my kids!

— Dani

This series cemented my love of reading, and I know I'm not the only kid who was enraptured by Riordan's writing. Being around Percy's age makes the series all the more magical, as you explore the modern world through the lens of demigods of the Greek pantheon. And with the further expansions into the Roman, Egyptian, Nordic, and further mythology, the magic never ends.
